Here's the recipe. The only change we made was accidentally using 3 teaspoons of salt instead of 3/4. Whoops. It was salty, but still okay. We'll have to try again with the right amount of salt. And the next time I make pie dough, I'm making a double batch, because it's a lot of work, and a lot of putting stuff in the refrigerator and waiting.
